Image Steven R. Schaerrer brings a wealth of health care experience to Empire Capital Financial. He has over 28 years of health care experience working in acute care institutions, clinics, rehabilitation centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and pharmaceuticals. During this time he as developed, built, and equipped over 1 million square feet of health care facility space. At Empire Capital, he has joined forces with Roy Turnwall, an experienced financier with significant experience in the leasing of capital equipment. Together, they have built and continue to grow a team of capital equipment leasing professionals to provide quality equipment leasing services aimed at businesses who expect the best. Steve has executive experience with such organizations as the Veterans Administration, Everhealth Foundation, AstraZeneca, Daiichi Sankyo, Rimrock Hospital, Riverside Medical Clinic and MedSense.
Image Sean D. Schaerrer brings enthusiasm, intelligence and attention to detail to clients of Empire Capital Financial. Sean is completing his studies at Brigham Young University in communications and business. A scholar athlete, he was on the BYU Lacrosse team that won the 2007 MCLA National Championship in Dallas. With international experience in Hong Kong, he also speaks fluent Cantonese and Talagog. Sean currently resides in Provo, UT, where he serves as an Empire Capital’s account director for the Intermountain states.
Roy Turnwall began his career in law enforcement serving his community as a police officer for the Garden Grove Police Department in Orange County, CA. He gained his finance experience working for The American Express Corporation, in the equipment leasing and finance division and then established American Benefit Finance, Inc., an affiliate of American Benefit Mortgage and one of the leading mortgage finance companies in the nation. Additionally, Roy served as the vice president of sales for First City Bancorp and took the company to record setting sales during his tenure. Roy has also served for five consecutive years on the board of advisors for American Financial Group, a private equity lending group. With their combined experience and a shared vision of excellent service, Roy Turnwall and Steve Schaerrer created Empire Capital Financial, a full-service financial company built on integrity, service and helping others succeed in the business world.
